Round 1.6 - Eads

Coming up next in La Stique-en-Ardenne is the last resident before I'll move in a second bunch of townies to start off at Artie's to begin round 2! Please give it up for our favourite Extravert Einstein: Daphanie Eads!

Gotta appreciate that nice move-in animatic, because later Sims games don't even bother with those anymore :c

Here are some statistics for Daphanie, she's a Libra with Popularity Aspiration and her LTW is to have 20 best friends at once. That's easy, just befriend as many people as she can early on and then keep them that way, over time they'll slip into best friend territory.

Also, I built you a house. No need to be homeless anymore XD And the house is green/yellowish, which fits with her shirt.

And yes, of course Daphanie gets her own business to run. I think I'll just consider this another lounge, since that seems to be Daphanie's thing, and it's perfect to make friends for it.

And of course...

We'll build a small, but nice beginner business at it. Of course again in Daphanie's green tone.

Our first customer of the Extravaganza is funnily enough the more introverted Ben.

And as the first few customers were entertaining themselves, Diane funnily enough on a pinball machine, business was going fine.

... Or not.

Luckily it was just a tree being hit there...

After the rain extinguished the fire, but the LOUD lightning noise played every 8,3 seconds I decided to call it quits on business and return to the save confinement of a home.

Using all her spare money Daphanie bought an easel. She's broke, but at least she has ways to make some money back.

Time to rest while the outdoors become a puddly mess.

Daphanie still needs to make some money, so she gives painting a go. It's a bit more serene than the thunder heavy Extravaganza.

"Sorry pal, but I ain't have the bucks to subscribe to a magazine."

Her efforts so far are not very effective :/

The Extravaganzaaa might be the more efficient option today.

Luckily the thunder has stopped for now. Time to let the customers in!

Business seems to be rolling nicely after the bad start yesterday and people are entertaining themselves :3

Next day Daphanie decided to give Ethan a call.

And voila, they're friends now too.

Today's Tuesday, which means BILLS. Luckily Daphanie made a bit of money with the Extravaganzaaa, she might be able to pay them in time.

Though first Ben decided to give Dee a call.

After that talk ended, it was time to make money again.

And yes! Journalist Salma shows up too! If we can convince her we're good business will go WELL.

Salma likes Daphanie. Which is good for future visits. Sadly not today, as Salma was leaving soon before even announcing her review about it.

After playing through the night, it was time to go home and get some rest.

But then... Roxy rang the doorbell, rudely awakening Daphanie from her beauty sleep.

"I wanna party y'all, lets invite them whole gang over!"

And oooh, Daphanie wants to Woohoo on the party ÒwÓ. Might be hard to pull off at the same time as befriending Diane though. What are the priorities?

Considering the huge crowd got into a bit of a traffic jam at the front door, I decided to invest in a second door.

Except for the fact that the party score pop-up is missing???

Speaking of those aforementioned priorities, Dee went with befriending Diane. That's one closer to her LTW.

Soon the "party" came to an end and everyone went home.

Except for those two.

Daphanie doesn't really care though, she's too busy painting.

The next morning, when Daphanie is about to do some needed cleanup, those two are still around???

Ethan gave them a call that morning...

And then it finally occurs to them that they've stayed THE ENTIRE NIGHT WITHOUT SLEEPING

"Ain't got time for chit chattin', me got some beauty sleep to catch up on y'all!"

..... How did Roxy get in again?

After a good morning's sleep, Diane called in. Daphanie subtly ignores Roxy's existence in hopes she might get the message...

Maybe outright leaving to the Extravert Extravaganzaaa will message something.

First ticket of the day goes to Stewing!

And soon Ead's Extravert Extravaganzaa reached level 1!

Home sweet home!

"Yaaaaawn... Ooh I slept for so long y'all!"

Daphanie decided to take it easy this morning and focus on her painting...

... and pay the bills that come in on Thursdays.

Once the painting was done, and sold for a little bit more than the last one...

... She went to open up Ead's Extravert Extravaganzaaa again and make some money.

When just being open for business, this fine fellow appeared. MEREDITH, he's gonna be YOUR SISTER!

Also, Daphanie befriended Lucas. One step closer to her LTW!

And thanks to Lucas giving a gold star, we reach level 2! Thanks bro!

"Hey y'all, my reputation's getting higher and higher yo!"

Daphanie then socialised a bit with the warlock who'll be changed into Melinda later.

As a thank you for her hospitality he used a spell to brighten the environment a bit.

And not too long after the two also became friends.

And soon after that it was time to go home.

Daphanie still had some energy left for a nice evening visit to expand her social network a bit. Luckily Stewing wants to come over and chat.

And it doesn't take too long to befriend him as well. Daphanie's doing great! XD

After Stewing left again Daphanie called up Ben for a nice, *friend*ly chat...

And called Aiden, who gave a nice furniture discount to the household.

And then it was Bradley's turn for a talk, this time he gave her a free expensive computer!
After that the talking round was over and Dee went to some sleepy sleep.

The next morning Daphanie celebrated the start of the day with toaster pastries, while thinking of having best friends.

Then she decided to go back to her business.

A first wave of what's pretty much just a calm day at the Extravaganza.

But one result of that day is that Daphanie has reached level 3 of her business.

"Woo, got more prize bucks y'all!"

And then she went back home...

... and slept through the whole day again. Owning a business is hard, tiring work, what can I say. ;P

After waking up in the afternoon again Irma gave a call, can't hurt having a phone chat with her, if we don't we might find ourselves *krrzt* disintegrated simply for not being computable.

After that Daphanie decided to try throwing another party. And I gotta confess something - this is my second attempt at this party, since the first time I invited too many Sims over at ocne and my game crashed. Luckily I saved recently.

I also expanded the front yard a bit into a party place. She earned the money and could use the extra space for future events as well. Also, look at the MyShuno machine!

And lookie there, it's Melinda Rathmore on her broom!

There's dancing, business leftover food and Irma's enjoying a game of MyShuno!

Even though YET AGAIN no official party notification appears, having a party does allow for lots of socialising opportunities. Like here, where Dee has just befriended Danny Sharpe.

All 'parties' do come to an end though, and this time everyone actually left.

As Dee had some energy left, she decided to get some more business done today.

Even though it's night time, some people still feel like having some Extravaganzaaa Fun.

As the day goes by, Fabio promises to spread her good reputation around town as a networking benefit.

It doesn't take too long from there for Fabio to befriend Daphanie. Even Fabio has people who care about him XD

And soon after Linda Blake is befriended, and Daphanie has reached her maximum Influence capacity! Now she can truly start bossing people around.

Time just passed by quietly when suddenly THIS happened. Apparantly Debby Downer put her moves on Danny and Fabio, who has a crush on her, noticed.
It didn't take long for Daphanie to decide to head home and get some sleep.

The next morning Daphanie did some catch-up chores after the part last night.

After that she decided to give painting another try, gaining some more skill points down the way.

Meanwhile Maya Hansen, who hasn't been befriended yet, walked by. Daphanie decided to chat with her.

And soon, Maya offered a networking benefit.

After chatting for most of the afternoon, Daph needed to retreat for some need fulfilment, while Maya enjoys playing MyShuno by herself.

By the time Daphanie had her needs all figured out Maya decided to wander off, so Daphanie chose the comfort of her bed instead.

The next morning it was winter time. A signal that time's up for this round of Daphanie Eads. But no worries, she'll pop up in the other rounds and soon it'll be her round again. :D

It is time to play Artie Stique again next round. And because round 2 will be happening soon I'm looking for 12 more townies preferably from reality show players whose Sims and shows have been underrepresented so far! I also need some Sims to take on the NPC jobs of Barista and Burglar, any suggesions for those are welcome.
